Our HydraFacial® treatments are customised to you in multiple ways. During your appointment, your practitioner will discuss the best options for you. You can enhance our core HydraFacial® treatment by: Increasing the intensity of exfoliation Increasing the strength of the active solutions used Adding a booster product for pigmentation, ageing skin or congestion Adding a bespoke superficial skin peel (lactic acid, salicylic acid or glycolic acid) Adding LED treatment Adding dermaplaning Adding manual extractions Adding a lip or eye treatment HydraFacial® provides you with both the instant gratification of your skin looking and feeling amazing afterwards as well as long term benefits for your skin.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us 48hrs (or earlier) to avoid a charge of 100% of treatment. All services cancelled on the same day of appointment or missed without 48hrs notice will incur 100% of the treatment price. RESCHEDULING: Allowed up to 48hrs before the treatment. Same-day reschedule request will incur an additional penalty-charge of 25% of total treatment fee. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are late we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible within the original time-slot. If you are 25+ mins late for your scheduled treatment, you will be considered a 'no-show' and charged 100% of the service fee. DEPOSITS / PREPAYMENTS: Course Prepayments are refundable if a cancellation request is made (in writing) within 14 days cool-off period before course begins. If the course has begun within the 14-day cool-off period then the treatment received price will be deducted from the final refund value. After this 14-day cancellation period, the amount is converted into a credit note, valid for use up to 6 months after the payment date. In the event of cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice or no-shows, any deposit paid is forfeit.
