Booking Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us 48hrs (or earlier) to avoid a charge of 100% of treatment. All services cancelled on the same day of appointment or missed without 48hrs notice will incur 100% of the treatment price.

RESCHEDULING: Allowed up to 48hrs before the treatment. Same-day reschedule request will incur an additional penalty-charge of 25% of total treatment fee.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are late we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible within the original time-slot. If you are 20+ mins late for your scheduled treatment, you will be considered a 'no-show' and charged 100% of the service fee.

DEPOSITS / PREPAYMENTS: Course Prepayments are refundable if a cancellation request is made (in writing) within 14 days cool-off period before course begins. If the course has begun within the 14-day cool-off period then the treatment received price will be deducted from the final refund value. After this 14-day cancellation period, the amount is converted into a credit note, valid for use up to 6 months after the payment date.
